Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By installing, configuring, or using OneClick Translator, you agree to these Terms. Users must meet Discord's minimum age requirements. A person installing the bot must have authority to do so.

2. Service

The bot provides machine-generated translations of selected Discord messages. Users choose a target language and request a private translation by button or application command.

3. Translation limitations

Machine translations may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or misleading. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, emergency, safety-critical, financial, or contractual decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, Discord policies, third-party rights, security controls, usage limits, or payment restrictions; to harass or deceive others; to overload or attack the service; or to share passwords, tokens, or API keys.

You may not automate repeated translation requests, repeatedly activate buttons or commands to exhaust shared quotas, evade cooldowns or temporary blocks, or otherwise impose unreasonable technical or economic load.

5. Server administration

Server administrators choose enabled channels and are responsible for informing their community and ensuring appropriate use.

6. Free and premium features

Free and paid plans may have different channel, character, cache, support, and feature limits. Current limits are shown in the bot or at checkout. Discord purchases are also governed by Discord's purchase terms and checkout information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be updated, limited, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, security, legal, provider, or economic reasons. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.

8. Third parties

The service depends on Discord, DeepL, Railway, and GitHub. Their outages, API changes, restrictions, or termination may affect the service.

9. Automated limits and suspension

The service may automatically delay, reject, or temporarily block requests when protection systems detect duplicate clicks, excessive request bursts, excessive concurrency, unusually long source messages, abuse, unreasonable risk, or unreasonable cost. Access may also be limited or terminated for Terms violations, failed payment, or legal and platform requirements.

10. Intellectual property

The bot's code, branding, documentation, and original materials remain the property of the operator or relevant licensors. Users retain rights in their own content, subject to processing necessary to operate the service.

11. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for translation errors, configuration issues, lost messages, third-party outages, indirect losses, or decisions based on machine translation. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

12. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law

German law applies without removing mandatory consumer protections in the user's country of residence.

14. Changes

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, law, pricing, or platform requirements.
